ambient Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 I’m quite pleased with the results. I’ve never considered myself much of a handyman before. The last time I tried to solder I burned myself and the carpet. My dad usually keeps his DIY tools locked away, out of my reach. He’s away on holiday though, and I know where he keeps the key. 2 8 Quote

Grimalkin Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 Look at those staggered pickups, all the mod cons. Quote
3below Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 An interesting solution, what problem is it solving? The scratch plate (if you envisage having one) construction should be trivial based on progress so far:) Quote

I take it that you're going to fill those holes in with cement before you gig the Instrument? 1 Quote

Grimalkin Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 It's a pickup joint guitar. Unfortunately done in the wrong order... Supposed to reward yourself after you've done the work. Quote
Guest Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 Curiosity killed the cat, I know, but I quite want to hear two octave scales played on that.... 😬 Quote
