Bergantino Forte HP or Darkglass 900 V2...

Evening all,

 

I'm unfortunately having to return my GR Dual 1400 and as such am in the market for a new head.

 

Top on the list are the Bergantino Forte HP and the Darkglass 900 V2.

 

Which would you go for? Thoughts?

I have the smaller Forte , and love it . It’s a simple , clean transparent amp , with some serious slam.

I also just picked up a Darkglass Exponent , which is also got a clean , transparent base , but has an incredible array of presets and pedal simulations … and although it’s about the opposite of the Forte , is a heck of of a lot of fun to play with. The E500 is for home use as the Forte is the perfect gig amp for me.
