NikNik Posted September 24, 2022 Posted September 24, 2022 (edited) Got the urge to have a neck-through, early '90s Thumb once again. Had a quick look on eBay and the prices of some of the second-hand obes - even the bolt-ons - are circa £2K. Edited September 24, 2022 by NikNik Quote
NikNik Posted September 24, 2022 Author Posted September 24, 2022 Like Steinbergers, they all seem to have migrated to Japan! Though I do understand that some of those Japanese sites actually don't have the product. Quote

I sold my Warwick Thumb NT 5 fretless for just £1k 10 years ago. Would love another one but couldn’t justify the prices now. There are sometimes decent ones just above £2k at the usual shops. Here is a nice-looking NT one, admittedly not from the early 90s but from 2002 (not my bass, no affiliation with the seller): https://bassbros.co.uk/product/2002-warwick-thumb-bass-thru-neck/ 1 Quote
vincbt Posted September 24, 2022 Posted September 24, 2022 I bought mine (‘88) earlier this year not far from the 1.5k mark, and I have seen one sold locally a few months later for a bit more than 1k. From what I have seen they tend to come out around the 2k mark but they often don’t sell quickly and end up clearing at lower prices. I should mention I live on the Continent and that may play a part in the pricing. Quote
