Since taking this off hold 36 hours ago, I've had several part trade offers, some close, some ludicrous.
I've had one cash offer of £1500 which is too low.

 

Sadly Rick's seem to attract dreamers so that's my terms, frankly I'm sick of being let down (not on here, but elsewhere).

They are at £2499. Ho hum.
