lemmywinks Posted September 28, 2022 Share Posted September 28, 2022 It does kinda reming me of my first covers band, having a limited budget and this being a time before affordable, lightweight powered cabs we needed a rack unit to house our 3 beefy Peavey power amps and desk in. Our guitarist had just removed all his old kitchen cupboards and we ended up making our own out of the scrap wood, even had a nice angled top which the desk bolted into. Carpeted it in whatever was cheapest to acquire at the time and the fuzzy felt texture was similar to this, makes me cringe thinking back to when we turned up to play weddings with that thing. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
