So I use my TC Electronic Sub'N'Up Mini for an effect somewhat similar to that of playing an 8 string bass, that is a bass with pairs of respectively bass and octave strings, and after a lot of experimenting, trial and error, I think I have succeeded at making a custom Toneprint that comes about as close to an authentic and natural sounding 1 octave up effect/tone as is possible by just using a simple basic polyphonic octaver and a minimum of EQ, without any more complex/advanced synthesizing ha
