dmc79
For sale is a passive EMG GZR PJ HZ pickup set. Boxed with detailed installation instructions, all wiring, connectors, pots, jack, screws, etc. As per the photos, note that both the P & J pickups have had the black plastic tabs removed, this was done in readiness for use in a different pre-wired loom. TBH I got tangled up in knots trying to figure it all out (think I bit off more than I could chew), in the end gave up & have since sold my PJ basses so have no use for this set now. Said tabs are present, but like I said they have been cut away from the pickup wires. No control knobs included with the set. This set would suit someone who is good at soldering and/or is confident they are able to install the pickups into their bass somehow, given the photos & description of the tab-less pickup wires. I’m a little sad that I never got to try these out, but such is life. £85 delivered, please PM me if interested, thanks. SamIAm
I cannot speak to the J pickup, but pre-fire I installed a P set in my first bass and they were amazing! If I was still a 4 string player I'd fight folks for these! GLWTS S'manth x
