It's been used, but always on a board. No box, or PSU, but will include a rockcable adapter to use a effect pedal power supply. Latest firmware. Sale, or trades for pedals and cash my way. I can see a tiny little scratch on the back over the exp 1/2 text, but nothing else. As said, no power supply...
