AndyTravis
I sold his wife an Epiphone Dot once - apparently she sent it to Noel Gallagher who signed it with Manchester City scrawling. Anyhow. That’s my crap story for the day. 1
AndyTravis
Quick google suggests inaccurate anecdote. she did buy a dot from me though - he signed a Joe Pass with Man City comments though apparently. meh. Crap story, like I said.

Clarky
Fun fact. I bought NG a pint in the hospitality bar at the (retrospectively, in the circumstances) awfully named Toxic Twin Towers ball at Wembley in 1999. Aerosmith, Lennie Kravitz and Stereophonics played. He was stood next to me and I thought about offering my services as a bass player (Guiggsy had just left). Decided against it. Probably a wise decision. I know that's not unreasonable in the circumstances, but still. *answer: it depends on the year, apparently, he went through a tall phase

Even his writing there sounds heartfelt and natural. Plus he meant it more than the others because he pressed harder 😄 I met Liam in a pub in London that I used to work in. He was great sorry to disappoint. Quite full on but gentle hearted (he was at ease) and really really funny. No airs or graces. He wasn't afraid to buy a round either. Never met Noel, but the guy turns me off from what I've seen on the web. The charisma thing comes naturally to Liam. I expect that was part of the problem. Roses for the win though!
