1991 Status graphite S4000 bass - *SOLD* £1300 Italy

Status S4000, UK made in 1991,  graphite fretted neck, bolt on, and composite body.

Status Hyperactive pickup and active tone circuit. it works perfectly.

The bass has some signs of the time (bridge, strings retainers) but plays as it shoulds.. 

i have a worn original soft bag but I can ship safely in a hardcase.

Very nice I think it is the resin body version? I also had one and then a wooden bodied version - sustain for ever, very articulate mid range.

4,8 kg

but it’s well balanced end no neck dive

thats a reasonable weight for British made bass (Jaydee, Wal & Status)
