lscolman Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Hi, I have my Aguilar GS 112 vertical and wondered if the logos can be moved? Thought it best to ask before attempting to prise it off, and wrecking it. Anyone able to help? Cheers, Lee Quote
~tl Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 (edited) I would guess that it's in some way attached from the back, so I wouldn't try prying it off. Your best bet would be to remove the grille cloth and find out how it's attached. Edit: Just looked at some photos and the logo appears to be screwed on from the front. Etienne Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 If it's a GS112, then the badge should be fixed on with strong double-sided adhesive tape. You can remove the badge without damage by heating it up gently with a hair dryer- the heat will loosen the adhesive's grip enough for you to (slowly and carefully) peel the badge away from the grille. You should then be able to reposition it wherever you want! Hope this helps! Quote

chris_b Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 I stacked my GS112 cabs sideways and I didn't feel that the logo looked bad on it's side! Quote
