40hz Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 (edited) Hi, Here we have my Gator Bass Duo hard/soft case. Bought new 5 months ago for £175. From a smoke free home. All as new, with the rain cover. As the name suggests, comfortably takes two basses! Can't post at this point, so meet up or collection only. I'm based in Moreton in Marsh, which straddles the Oxfordshire/Gloucestershire/Warwickshire border. Thanks for looking! Edited November 4, 2022 by 40hz 4

ern500evo Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 Been looking at going down this route, rather than my 2 hard cases. Do these offer a good level of protection?

Do these offer a good level of protection? Yes - obviously not to hardcase levels, but better than a conventional softcase. It has strengthened sides, so maintains rigidity pretty well and prevents crushing. Plus, the cushioning is fairly thick (around 3cm?) Hope this helps!

I’ve had to fork out a lot to replace an amp recently, but this is very tempting!
