is this being replaced by the lovely Origin Effect comp you got recently? Was that one a TX?  How would you rate the MXR vs an EBS multi comp or a Empress/ OE Compact Bass ?

Yep correct, I have a Compact Bass too but thought I’d give the big box another go, I can always sell it right 😂 I like the MXR, it’s a very good compressor, and better than Empress imo but my go to is Cali76 every time. Worth the money imo. It’s not to say this isn’t great, the Cali just works better for me 🤷‍♂️
