Genz Benz ShuttleMAX 12.2

Hi folks

 

I have one of these awesome ShuttleMAX 12.2 amps which I absolutely love; I know this will be a long shot but does anyone have or know where I can get hold of a set of rack ears for it?

 

I'd love to put this unit in a rack but I haven't a clue where to look for the ears!

Not official but if you know any builders/welders - my next door neighbour, a kitchen/bathroom fitter kinda guy, took measurements of the screwholes in the head, plus the rack case holes, and a few bits of bent aluminium and black spray paint later and all was good.

If you go down that road make sure to get the correct screws. Too long is worse than wrong pitch because you can make contact with amp guts and go poof.

I only have a couple of saddle mounting systems left for those amps.

 

Yes, be VERY careful when "home brewing" any hardware for an amp, I have seen too long screws ruin an amp beyond economical repair (aside from being dangerous).
