Move my old log in name to my current name

Earlier this year I closed my BassAdder27 account ( don’t ask ) !!

 

Ive rejoined as Bassadder60

 

Can my old posts be moved to my new Bassadder60 instead of showing Guest etc ?

Indeed, although it would have been easier to just rejoin as the last account and change your name.

Assuming that there is evidence that you are indeed the same person (I haven't looked yet) it should be easy to attach your old account to your new account (although it might be easier to attach your new account to your old account and rename) - not sure what happens about points though

You can combine both accounts and choose which one to keep 👍

Ideally keep all my posts from both but instead of it saying”guest” BassAdder27 it points to my current account BassAdder60 please

I can confirm I’m the same person and same email etc in both cases

It can be done, its just not as clean, nice and supported as if the account hadn't been deleted, which is kind of the point of deleting an account!

Leave it with me, I will have a look when I don't have a pigeon sitting on my arm.
