NAD - Orange Terror Bass v1

Bought this little fella yesterday, took it along to the gig. Sounds massive!  No eq, no fx, just deep joy.

Oh aye. I had one of those when they first came out, and it sounded absolutely immense through a BF Super12, so I can imagine the Four10 does it at least equal justice. Had a real 'bounce' to it, if you know what I mean! Sadly mine popped a capacitor and died so I ended up with my money back, but it left quite an impression and I must admit I do occasionally find myself considering buying another.

I had for a few days the V2 version and didn’t get on with it. Very dark sounding and the EQ made little difference 

Sent it back for refund

You probably mean outboard eq and know that bass and treble are boost only and mid is cut only, so  "flat" is bass off, treble off, mid full on. 

Knobs straight up does sound good, I agree. Good amps, nice feel.
