YAMAHA TRB 4 II, Amberburst *price drop* £400 £450 Swindon

2001 model owned from new. Lovely active bass with a great feel and sound. 

 

Condition is very good - there are a few dinks in the body and neck (see pictures) and two missing tuner caps but nothing that affects playability.

 

The bass is 35" scale with three band eq, alnico pickups, 3 band eq, Ash body.

 

Currently strung with flatwounds.

 

Collection/can deliver or meet within a reasonable distance.

Should add that I'm open to trades as I'm in the market for a 24 fret 5 string of similar quality e.g. Yamaha BB605 🙂

Hi there, they are active basses with no passive option, so always carry a spare battery

I have a 5 string fretless and it's the only one I've ever really bonded with. 

Yamaha owners know how good this is.

Had one of these in the same colour as my first 'proper' bass. Saved months and months for it as a skint 6th former! This is a ridiculous price for what is a true, high-end, Japanese made Yamaha. Brilliant pickups and a studio class Pre-amp. They're absolute funk machines!
