LukeFRC
Years ago we bought a £5 Uke for our toddler from Lidl - it’s a pile of crap but our daughter enjoyed having it. she’s now 5 and showing an interest in it having a) all its strings b) holding time for longer than on strum so any recommendations for a beginner uke that’s still likely to be not at the “cherished instrument “ stage ? oh and ideally it’s pink!! if we were talking bass ild be looking for a cheap but good harley Benton that’s still budget but actually good … what’s the uke equivalent? I got a tanglewood for our kid (not born yet gotta start them young ay... wife is still arguing that they don't need a short scale bass 😮). It sounds really good both unplugged and plugged in! Not pink though
tauzero
If you happen to come anywhere near Tamworth any time, you're welcome to the pink ukulele that someone gave me a few years ago.
Jean-Luc Pickguard
You can’t go wrong with a Kala - they make pink sopranos in their less expensive ranges—the ukeadelic or the dolphin. If you want something that is more of a step up, There is also a rather attractive pink sparkle concert for around £100: https://www.mannsmusic.co.uk/ukulele/kala-ka-sprk-pink-pink-champagne-concert-ukulele.htm?opt=12468&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIr_fW7azL-wIVR-3tCh2NAgjKEAQYEiABEgLhovD_BwE
