FS: Warmoth natural ash Jazz Bass Body, very lightweight - *SOLD* £250 Whitstable

I bought this from the USA a while back intending to build it up but as the result of a recent house move and a whole lot of decking, sheds, fences and walls to repair I'm probably not going to get around to it, so up for grabs here for what I paid on eBay. It's used but in decent condition, and is super-light at 4lbs 7oz. No joke, when the courier handed me the box I thought the seller had forgotten to put the body in, it weighs just over 60% of a Precision body I'm also going to list.

 

If you know Warmoth quality, you know you want this

Looking at the 4.7 mark in the neck pocket, can you pls confirm if the weight is 4lbs 7oz or 4.7 lbs (ie. 4lbs 11oz). Thanks

It would go well with the Warmoth neck I had off you a few years ago, if only I still had it! Thanks for confirming. I have a heavy Jazz which might benefit from a body transplant. It's the best sounding Jazz I've ever had though so a bit wary of messing with it. Will give it some more thought. Is it swamp ash?

Sorry, this is I think sold but waiting on payment, looks more 60's than 70's to me but as I've yet to put on a bridge I'm not sure but will check in the morning. Finish appears to be light nitro 👍
