Sandberg California TT4 vs. Stingray Special (Video)

Hi, I made one of these with a new Sandberg California TT4 and new strings on both!

The Sandberg feels warmer and less "in your face" - has more character IMO

Stingray has a much nicer midrange, but I vote Sandberg as it was warmer and a bit thicker sounding - would get my vote in a band context.

I like the sound of both. I usually shy away from MusicMan. I owned an SR5 for 5 years and thought I was done with that sound, but your MM sounds good.

2 great basses but the Sandberg has the tone I prefer.
