PaulThePlug Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 (edited) Thats different! Looks like the E and G should go tother side of the peg... And thats a mighty pointy headstock, could have some ones eye out! Is the headstock different colouring down to lighting or a reflection? Edited December 3, 2022 by PaulThePlug Quote

Eric.C.Lapton Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 (edited) I have a Burns flyte guitar I’m rebuilding. The Mach one humbusters are original to the bass but it looks like a refinish due to lack of decals. The most popular colours were silver (there was a problem with the paint and they turned green) and natural finish. Slade had a bass (recorded on at least one track) and guitar, also Marc Bolan was pictured with one Heres a link for more info https://www.hendrixguitars.com/Va484.htm Edited December 3, 2022 by Eric.C.Lapton 1 Quote

Coincidentally, the shop also had a headless project in the storage area when we went looking for the Flyte's case (haha - a Flyte case!). 1 Quote

Not that finding a replacement is likely to be easy. Quote

Baloney Balderdash Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Looks cool, but it has extremely poor upper frets access. Quote
