asingardenof Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 Is it possible to create draft posts that can be edited in several goes? This would be useful if creating a long post, or where you have to do some research on specs, etc. Quote
0 BigRedX Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 (edited) Yes you can. Basschat should save where you are in your typing so that when you return to the thread and click "reply" everything you wrote previously will still be there. It's caught me out a few times when I've started to reply to a thread and then something else has come up, several days/weeks later I find I have a useful contribution to make, and much to my surprise my half finished reply come back up. I don't know if there is a limit to how many "drafts" you can have but in theory you could have one for every thread... However what's wrong with opening an extra tab/window or two (or more)? 0 Downunderwonder Posted December 10, 2022 Posted December 10, 2022 I think there's a misfire in this system. Sometimes stuff I already posted comes up for editing. It always involves a quote. Quote
