Forum Rules prevent posting details of anything for sale on other sites other than eBay. 

 

If you are in the Tyne and Wear area there is a very nice Sterling 2HH for sale on gumtree for  £180. Collection only from Gateshead. 

 

Be quick though,  I expect it to sell quickly. 

 

I paid significantly more for mine 3 weeks ago.

He probably got a load of messages and had a rethink that maybe it was too cheap.  Oddly if he now gets no interest, the people who were interested at first will give him a swerve!
