Squier Dimension Deluxe 5 String - *SOLD* £135 Hereford

I have had this a while and it is a very capable active 5 string.  When I bought it it had a bit of damage on the back of the guitar, doesn't affect playability in any way, purely cosmetic and as it is at the back no-one sees it! I put a little black paint on it and it has never caused me an issue.

 

The bass plays well, sounds good and is a great back up bass for a gig, or main gig bass for those gigs you don't want to take your £3k pride and joy too.

It is a great bass, I have moved to shortscale otherwise would keep it.

I think they were trying to persuade people up towards the higher end models so these came with a lot of features that you'd expect on a much more expensive bass - nice tidy bolt-on joint and asymmetric neck profile. I really like my 4 banger version but I don't get as much chance to use active these days.

They are great. The neck alone is worth the money, it’s so playable. I haven’t got one strung with flats yet… hmmm.
