Hello mate, it WON'T fit as a direct replacement on a Fender unless you also want to raise/shim the neck (or dig a hole in the body), certainly on most Fenders anyway. Much as I'd like to sell it I'd rather not put you through the hell of having a bridge that reqires you mod your bass. If you have a string-through Fender I'd recommend the BADASS III.
