mike 110 Posted January 28, 2023 Posted January 28, 2023 Anybody tried them ? Specifically the groundwounds ? Quote
Pow_22 Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 My go to strings. Their flats are superb. Their grounds are good but take a little while to even up - the E is initially quite thuddy Quote
iamtheelvy Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Used these all through college and a good few years after. Rounds are fairly Rotosound-like. Flats very old-school Motown style. Grounds were not too bad. Sort of a middle ground between the two, but more towards the flatwound side. All IMO, of course… Quote
TheGreek Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Amazon have some fantastic deals on currently on name strings - check my thread in General Discussion. 1 Quote

jazzyvee Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 One of my new basses came wth a free set. They are the only bass string that have ever broken on me. The 'D' string. Hence never used them since. Quote
