Markbass CMD 121P

Hello Baschatters,

 

I just bought a brand new Markbass CMD 121p, MK II though.

I like an extra cabinet underneath. Tried Traveller 121h once. Is there another option, maybe even better?

The NY121 is the same size as the CMD121P so they match perfectly - and sound great as well.

I've got an NYC 121 going spare, if anyone is interested. Great wee cabs.

There is a new 58R 2X10 Pure or Energy that will fit under combo [102p won't verticaly]

I find 2x10 and 1x12 MarkBass cabs work great toghter

The NY121P is the perfect match for the CMD121P.

I use just cabinet portion of CMD 121P as extension with another 121P [A/B Head] maybe more of a 'perfect' match😀

PS: Head in cab I use as extension is backup Amp [Class D]

Yes, using another CMD121P is definitely more of the same, but the NY121P cab adds a bit more low end. I sold my CMD121P and now use two NY121P cabs with my MB heads.
