How to get rid of quoted posts on iPhone

Question

Posted

I’m trying to post a reply to someone but o seem to have two quotes in my reply.
I can’t seem to figure out how to delete them. I can delete my part, and the text that is in the quotes, but not the quote boxes themselves.
Using safari on iPhone.

If you swipe the page away and then come back to the thread to reply it sometimes lets you clear it all, and you can try again

I tried that. It seems to keep what I’ve already typed.
I know I have seen a ‘clear editor’ button before but it’s not coming up at the moment.

What if you open another tab in safari

Just refresh the page with the send message tab with the quote open and the clear editor button will appear
