Not sure anyone mentioned Jimmy Johnson yet.

Love his work with James Taylor, The Rippingtons and lots others.

I don't really remember seeing an interview with him.

It would probably be great

Thoroughly enjoyed that!

Another vote for both Doug Wimbish and Cass Lewis - I feel people who have a decent history behind them will have some wonderful stories :)

Would LOVE to get Jimmy Johnson on... been a fan of his playing for years. One of the few players than can go from supporting James Taylor to shredding with Allan Holdsworth and sound totally at home in both situations. Killer player!

....also some USA session players (in addition to those mentioned earlier in thread) would be great

Byron Miller

Gary Grainger

Melvin Lee Davis

Neil Stubenhaus

James Genus

What would be even cooler, is to get interviews with top drummers, e.g. Dennis Chambers, etc

He's also in (and wrote much of the music for) Spaced, which is one of the funniest things ever to grace a television screen.

If you haven't seen it, it's all on The Channel 4 on demand (4OD?) thing.

Apologies if this has been said, I didn't read the whole thread!

Wow, never knew that and Spaced is one of my favourite British comedies!

Loved this! Guy Pratt is an absolute legend, that octave sound he has is outstanding.

Regarding who id like to see next.. definitely pino or flee..or Norman Watt-Roy.  But even guys like Paul Turner could be interesting, he's played with alot of people and would be good to get a good close look at his playing.
