I'm thinking of joining the dark side and getting a 5 string to keep up (down?) with the synths in a noughties club/dance type project. I like my StingRay so I'm looking at the budget MM stuff. Has anyone got any experience of the SUB5 and/or the Ray35? The SUB5 looks like great value at £250-300 ish, and if it's half as good as the £250 Squier I recently had, I'd be a happy boy. Is the low B any good? The Ray35 has rave reviews, a 3 band EQ, looks like a nice piece of kit
