Believe it or not, that font won't allow certain characters, as a result I started putting all of the poster dates like that.

It was a bit of an odd one tbh!  

 

We were all psyched and up for it, new guitarist had to be found and drafted in with 3 weeks notice and he aced it.  

 

However... we were booked on the understanding this was a 'rock' venue with weekly band nights that were squarely aimed at rock music.  Only thing was they gave us a Friday night gig, when the rock nights were always on a Saturday!  We ended up playing to a really broad section of punters from 20 - 70 year old; some of the 20 year old's were up and dancing and the older generation singing along to the hits but they weren't CT fans as such! The management were enthusiastic about a Saturday rebooking and apologetic that we ended up on a Friday.

 

It was the type of venue and location that didn't entice a lot of people to travel to.
