DTB
Been looking at various preamp pedals and just ordered the Laney Digbeth. It had nothing to do with how it sounded and everything to do with the fact that I found out today that Nathan East became a Laney endorsee recently, because I’m stupid. So will post up how it sounds shortly.
LukeFRC
If it helps there was some some preamp comparison video a few weeks back and of the preamps (some a lot more pricy) I thought it sounded the nicest
Mornats
I've got the Digbeth and love it. Nice range of tone controls, and that drive can be quite subtle but can be pushed a bit too. Would have liked a compressor perhaps like some other preamps have but maybe that's something a dedicated pedal would be much better at.

I've paired mine up with a Cali double stack compressor clone. yet to use it on a gig so we shall see how it sounds...
DTB
I’ve just got around to trying the Digbeth out. I’m not going to do a full review, but suffice to say that it is very good. Easy to dial in the sound you want. Which for me is a snappy bright tone with a hint of growl but no actual distortion. Easily the best bit of bass kit I own apart from the actual bass.
