TheGreek Posted April 7, 2023 Author Posted April 7, 2023 (edited) Is this correct? Edited April 8, 2023 by TheGreek 1 Quote
TheGreek Posted April 7, 2023 Author Posted April 7, 2023 So 99% done. Needs a string retainer (on order) and a the copper tape under the bridge tidied. Intonation is slightly off - I'll do this when I haven't been harassed by the dog. Thinking about gold knobs instead of plastic. Tuners are Gotoh Reverse - essential left handers - annoyed me at first and I bought a right handed gold set but now I have got used to them I may leave them on. Hopefully have the build thing out of my system now. 11 Quote
SpondonBassed Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 That's a nice combination of neat grain and effective colour choices for hardware. 1 1 Quote

TheGreek Posted April 8, 2023 Author Posted April 8, 2023 Still thinking about gold or antique bronze knobs instead of plastic. Need to find some that fit the theme. Quote
Waddo Soqable Posted April 9, 2023 Posted April 9, 2023 Good stuff.. The finish and colour scheme kinda reminds me of the SDCurlee basses you used to see in the 80s 1 Quote
Ralf1e Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Lovely job Mick. Well worth the effort and all fits the same theme. Looks good outside laying in the grass as well "Thea fetch the stick" 🙂 1 Quote
