Baxlin
I’ve already admitted (on another thread) that I recently bought a Sidewinder, it actually gives me a more comfortable playing position than either my EB3 or my semi-acoustic. Bought via eBay from a local charity for £40, and once I’d tightened the truss rod to remove the slight bow, it’s fine.
WHUFC BASS
I remember these basses as being absolutely terrible things, even back in the 80s. Unplayable necks, action like a bow and arrow and a sound like a wet fart. I'd avoid like the plague
LeeB
I don't know what made me think of the slammer and search to find this OLD thread.... Actually I do, I saw a nice surf blue Fender precision and I had a slammer P (in red) flashback! It looked like a bass..from a distance. When I moved from England to Australia I left it with a friend (who still talks to me) as it would have prevented the aircraft from taking off. I believe he still has it in his garage, and the neck has more curves than Kim Kardashian. That I got it to play anything was a miracle, but God bless as it got me started on a long journey😄 Edited July 5, 2021 by LeeB Typos
