boabskiboab
I am awaiting delivery on my new MIJ P Bass 62 in Vintage White/Rosewwod with a tort pickguard. I am not a big tort fan, so i would like some opinions on what other colours of scratchers would suit vintage white. PS. Black is a given

Soloshchenko
Tort. Sorry couldn't resist. I think people are suggesting it because it is clearly the best colour. Black looks sh*t in my opinion. Blue perloid is your only other option IMO.

Clarky
Gold anodised? Personally, I'd go for tort
wateroftyne
Sorry, but you did ask. Tort. But a nice one from Pickguardian. Not the pepperoni crap that passes for tort these days.

Greene-Mann
im another for gold annodised...but personaly, tort (the more brown as apposed to the uber red) looks far better.
Musky
Oh come on guys - a white P bass has got to have a black pickguard. It's the law.
lee650
My fave is tort!! so if your selling it on send me some pics, got a tort on my 62 cij reissue but i dont like it, its that modern rubbishy looking tort, and i want somthing more red, anyway i did get a vintage off white pearl scrachplate for my musicman which looks really smart and the same might look great on a white P, otherwise i,d agree with the gold adonised as i think they look great and im sure i saw one on here recently from "niceguyhomer"-good luck with the search - all the best - lee
