Custom Shop 62 PBass Pups

After fitting Dimarzios to both my Player Series I thought I had found the tone I liked. Sadly great as it is I missed something 

 

So back in goes the CS62 pickup 

The CS62 is warmer and less hot but better overall clarity and handles the low end better with the CTM100 valve head.

It does have a slight mid scoop but with EQ tweeks I can pop more mids in

 

It doesn’t sound harsh so suits a mix of genres but still works well when belting out The Trooper !!! 
 

Was getting slightly fed up with so many changes but I think I’m at the right place now and with my new pedals too it gives me what I need
