Chase Tone Secret Preamp. Boxed, with some dual lock on the bottom. 

 

Please note - I bought this direct from Chase Tone as a "factory second" with a cosmetic defect. I absolutely cannot see why. Some of the text is maybe a tiny bit fuzzy? Honestly, I can't tell. £110 posted

 

FYI never used it on bass, only on guitar - its bloody great for that, but can't vouch for the bass performance!! Only selling because I built myself a clone.
