Waddo Soqable
You don't seem to see these around much now, in the early 00s I was very tempted by a twin neck headless thing, in one of the now defunct Charing Cross Rd Git shops. I didn't in the end but have a perverse fancy for a double neck from time to time. Wondering who here has got a twinneck, and what type, fretted and fretless? Bass and Guitar? 4 string and 8? Elvis had an interesting one here, Git and Bass 6, and a Gibson too! (tho I bet it was purely a publicity pic)...
TheGreek
Double necks are the domain of guitarists mainly - they don't mind looking stupid.... 1

Tokalo
Is this the bit where we can openly talk about Barclay James Harvest? Les Holroyd was my hero when I was 14.

Waddo Soqable
There's some mad looking things out there when you start looking. Interesting how hofner have crammed 2 necks into one body, I saw a guitar and mandolin version of this one too.

Waddo Soqable
Probably best to tie a long bit of string to the headstock end, or a tootynanny strap button thing..
Waddo Soqable
Double neck seems to have been "a thing" going further back than I thought, this looks to be 16 or 1700s

Count Bassy
At one time the band "Family" included two twin necks: Charlie Whitney on 6 string/12 string, and John Weider on 4 string bass/6 string guitar.
