Grezza 1 Posted March 30, 2023 Share Posted March 30, 2023 Hi I have an Ashdown Evo RM 500 that has just distorted and faded sound wise after a few minutes of rehearsing at a medium volume, feels like an output issue as all else seems to be working, anyone else had this issue? Lozz196 Posted March 30, 2023 Share Posted March 30, 2023 I had an issue with my RM500, no output at all. Rang Ashdown and Dave very patiently reminded me of the Headphones button on the rear panel. Grezza 1 Posted April 24, 2023 Author Share Posted April 24, 2023 Hi all, just a brief update on the RM500 problem: Emailed Dave at Ashdown who rang me back to discuss and asked me to send it to him, after about a week (if that! ) he rang me again to say it was fixed!!! Apparently the effects pedal inputs are made to be self cleaning when they are used, however having never used them mine obviously hadn’t and had developed a short and caused the problem.
