Anyone wired a Harley Benton MB4 to volume/blend?

Std is VVT, I'd like VBT

 

With coils this close, can't see the point of VVT, it's not a jazz with 4 or so inches between the coils.

Surely you can alter the blend by turning the volume knobs?

Buy a Bourns MN 250k or 500k blend pot, and tin it in between the pickups and the vol pot. Done.

With coils that close I don't see the point of a blend either.  If I had a passive Ray I'd go for a single volume and tone control.  I'd probably fill the third space with a series/parallel switch, which would no doubt prove to be more of a distraction than an asset.

I'm sure you could hit up @KiOgon for a loom with volume, blend, and tone with push/pull for parallell/series...
