This is a 2007 MIM Jazz 5 in Midnight Wine - the previous owner changed the pickguard to a mirrored one and added a John East J-Retro preamp.

As well as this, a battery box has been professionally added to the back of the bass for quick access - very clean and well done.

 

This bass isn't in pristine condition - there are knocks on it, including a chunk of finish that has come off near the forearm rest. 

I've done my best to include pictures of said features in the imgur link

There is also some marking around certain parts of the pickguard.

These were all here when I bought the bass off someone else, the only thing I have done is change the strings to flatwounds.

Scales put this at ~4.1kg.
