I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again. Which Dingwall was it? I’m wondering if it’s one I’ve purchased 😂 I’ve bought and sold loads with Will. I’ve loads of time for him. Great guy. Quote

skilamalink Posted August 25, 2023 Posted August 25, 2023 I submitted an order on the website for some new strings at half five on Wednesday, I got an order confirmation at half ten Thursday morning and they turned up today (Friday) in the post. Spot on. Quote
gjones Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Sold a bass to Will at BassBros and it went extremely smoothly. He sent a courier to pick up my bass and he paid me the next day. Quote
wateroftyne Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Did a deal with Will recently, and went as smooth as glass. A great deal, shipping all arranged at his end, and friendly, timely comms. Top lad. 1 Quote
Phaedrus01 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Bought a number of basses from bassbros, they have come with some of the best setups I've ever played. Great company to deal with too. Never sold or part ex'd with them. 1 Quote
Burns-bass Posted February 10 Posted February 10 They’re just good lads. Fair trade ins, reasonable prices and they are nice. 1 Quote

tauzero Posted February 10 Posted February 10 There's good descriptions on almost everything on the website - I'm just hoping that the description for the Conklin 7-string is a placeholder. As a sample, "An amplified electronic sound emanates from this Conklin bass guitar, caused by the Bartolini active pickups with volume." https://bassbros.co.uk/product/conklin-groove-tools-gt7-bill-dickens-7-string/ Not that I'm in the market for anything more than 5 strings - I already don't use my 6-strings. Experience helps as with anything. I've been doing it for decades. Unless there's some serious issue, 9/10 instruments can be made to play really well. I only charge materials. Quote
Grassie Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Received my Stingray from BB on Friday. Very pleased with my purchase, arrived well packed in one of their own boxes, the bass is a beast and very well presented for a 15 year old instrument. Hats off to Will, top man. 🫶 Quote
pnefc42 Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Bought a high value (£3.5k) bass from Will last year. Delivered promptly (& safely) & he then arranged collection of a bass that he took in px (which I packed in the same box) which I received payment for the day after it was delivered to him. Highly recommended & completely trustworthy. 1 Quote

Also, description now changed to be properly written. 👍 No change to the description: Treat the music monster in you to the Conklin Groove Tools GT7 Electric Bass Guitar that slays with its killer looks and electrifying tones. With a neck made of stable maple and purpleheart, this Conklin 7 string guitar has a deep cutaway body shape that makes playing easy. For electrifying note sustenance the headstock of this Conklin bass guitar is cleverly angled to increase nut tension. An amplified electronic sound emanates from this Conklin bass guitar, caused by the Bartolini active pickups with volume. So you if you wish to soothe with mellow rhythms or booming rock, the Conklin Groove Tools GT7 Electric Bass Guitar is appropriately designed. This bass is in excellent condition and everything works perfectly as it should. Quote
binky_bass Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago I've already edited my post to remove that comment. I'd understood your comment to be suggesting just that one single line you quoted was the entire description. Quote
