Bass ID help

Seen this online, obviously an ampeg scroll copy but I can't seem to find one that matches, any ideas?

Could be a modded original Ampeg, like this one at Charlie Chandler's Guitar Experience? New ill-fitting scratchplate to allow two J pickups. The control placements certainly look similar.

Eastwood make a copy but it isn't one of those

Yes, but it’s one of their “less authentic” copies. Looks nothing like the bass in the OP.

I think it's a modded Ampeg as well, check out the terrible neck pickup routing in the pickguard though. Very sloppy work.

The only vintage copy of this I'm aware of is a Fujigen/Ibanez from 1972. Never seen one in the wild and probably never made it to the UK. This is the only known pic & the OP's ain't one of these!
