Double Bass Wall Support or Mount Ideas?!

It's an odd shape...I'm wanting to create a support to lean this on...any ideas?!

is it flat(ish) on the back ? How heavy ?

Maybe two hecules (other brands/styles are available) type hangers one at the bottom one on the neck, maybe mounted on brackets with wooden block shelves to fix the mounts to, maybe hinged so could lie flat against the wall when not in use ?

That might work! It's not light and does have an angle but I'll go take a look see how it may stand 👍

I just googled for a handmade double bass mount...and got this! 🤣

With it being so ornate it would be a missed opportunity to just give it a standard-ish stand. Think custom!! Maybe one of those claw hand grips at the top with something equally ornate at the bottom.
