Ok, it was one year out but saw BA56 DUB today on a Tesla. Anyone here ( @reggaebass )?

I've been tempted by BASS LCK a few times, as it spells out 'bass lick' and my initials are LCK, but I can't justify the 600 quid it's going for.

Although that doesn't sound terrible for a vanity plate from what I gather. That said, I can of many other things I'd rather spend £600 on. Plus, I assume that there is also another cost to reregister the vehicle it's being attached to.

Someone at Ashdown Amps owns BA55 AMP

BA55 ACG is available for £599, for any bassist with an ACG.

 

 BA55TRD is not available from DVLA , nor is it on a vehicle.  Never issued, I guess. 

 

However, your vehicle can tell other road users that you're • BA55 AS F •••

(if you put the 4 plate screws in the right place).

You'll need to keep that plate nice and clean...You don't want the letter 'B' covered in mud and sh*te.

DVLA have regular meetings to weed out potentially rude number plates so they'll never be issued.

And as a result was noticed driving badly as was pointed out on another thread.

Bad driving isn't unique to a Bass related number plate. In fact, on the Dalvey Custom 'baddrivingometer', I doubt it even registers.

The only number plate I'd buy would be CHR 1 S, but that's already on a car and last went for about £250k!!

4KOF got through, but not PEN15 or 80LOX. I've seen TWA77Y too.

 

Because computers can't recognise all the naughty permutations, every six months they print out all the numbers to be issued and people read through them to find the rude ones.

Seeing that plate in the car park at the South East Bass Bash, was what confirmed that I was at the right place.
