Great P/J replacement necks with TR adjustment at the headstock, or TR wheel

Hi all. For what I see both Warmoth and Allparts only sell P and J necks with truss rod adjustment at the heel. I wonder what are the "high-end" providers of P and J necks with direct access to the TR

The standard fender mim p and j replacement necks have headstock TR access. It’s only the Vintera ones that have the old heel type.
