Atelier electrics tone control issue

Can anyone help me diagnose why I get no tone control from the 3rd knob on my Atelier z - EMG pick ups work perfectly on the other two knobs ( vol for each pick up )  all joints are sound solder - I’m not very techie so it may be obvious to someone more knowledgeable - TIA!

Nothing obvious. Looks like a standard "jazz bass" type setup other than the EMG's are active.

Could be the tone pot or capacitor is goosed. There's not much else to go wrong with that setup.

The wiring looks correct so could well be the tone pot or maybe the cap. have gone open circuit, do you have a multimeter?
