Basschat youtube channel

Just made this:

Only a prototype at the moment, but hoping we can build up lots of nice bassy videos to the channel. I suppose the way to do it would be for me to tell everyone the password details for logging in and uploading?

The formatting on the youtube channel is not much good, I can't move the boxes down the page so the basschat banner shows properly, but it looks OK I guess...

Yeah I want everyone to sign up and add their stuff - is there a better way of letting people do this than just handing out the login details to people on here?

Looks really bad on my work Pc?? the image seems to be overlayed over everything else eg. at the front, so you can hardly make out anything. Most white or orange text is unreadable.

You could try the old 'fade & blur' trick to make it all more readable?

Try replacing it with this...

Yeah the page looks really bad, I had a right nightmare trying to make it look semi decent.

Not entirely sure how it will work but get uploading if you can. Once we have a few vids I will get someone more skilled to dress up the page better!

That's a really nice sound that. How much did it cost you in total for the bass + mods?

Thanks. Bear in mind it has had some EQ'ing in Reason. Although I think the Zoom was pretty much flat, I just use it to boost the signal.

Just had a trawl through my old posts and the bass including a replacement black scratchplate and shipping cost around £170. The Artec pickups I got from Prosebass for £20. So I make that £190.

I was thinking that one would just upload a new video there, but some of those have a couple of thousand views? Is the idea to link to a video that you have posted elsewhere on YouTube?

EDIT: Ignore that, I've just seen how to do it. Maybe I'll inflict my one solitary bass video onto the channel ....
