Doing my daily constitutional walk I happened upon a big lump with a note on it that said “Free bass amp”

I looked around and thanked the lord for his providence. Alas I was a mile from home and I had to carry it, and it weighs 30kg and it’s 24 degrees, so I balanced it out by cursing.

Does it work? I don’t know!

Still, it was free.

Think that’s a gem if it works Lawrie! Uk built.

This is embarrassing, but my music stuff is in the loft room and my arms hurts too much to carry it up there right now.

If I have no use for it, then it will be donated back to the community here.

I think I would have carried it around the corner and sat on it in the shade whilst I waited for a taxi. Good find tho 👏

I walked past it initially then went back. Seemed like fate. Could be good for pub gigs and stuff I guess!

It works! High gain input not working but the low gain one is. Sounds like a classic 80s bass amp. Reckon with a pre-amp would be a giggable unit.

Will see how I get on before donating to the cause.

I’ve come to the conclusion I won’t ever use this. Does anybody want it or have a use for it?

Music charity I do stuff with Don’t need it (or want it!)

Ah!

You've found it. Wonderful. I was wondering where I’d lost it.

Id love to meet the person who owned it. Bet there’s a story there!
