As you can see in the pictures, it is two chorus pedals in one and the rates of both are independant to each other. But the most important thing is the sound. Played through a normal bass combo/stack or recording monitors, you will hear a noticeable difference in Quad mode to normal stereo - and you don't need more amps/cabs. It comes complete with the original Trace adaptor I am based on the South Coast, just east of Portsmouth, and I would prefer if you were to travel to try before you buy. If you would like more information or pictures of certain parts of the pedal then please let me know and i'll be more than happy to post the pics here or directly to you. I'm happy for you to come and try the pedal out - you could bring your combo bass or i'd be happy for you to use one of mine. Failing that, I could be convinced to post and I would take pics of pedal well and securely wrapped for you.
